Double Shoot Tilting Shell Core Shooters

In this model one half is fixed with self/cylinder operated ejection and other half is moving and tilting through 90^o. Cradle rotates through 180° to allow two core boxes to shot as well as to remove excess sand from core to make it hollow. This model is suitable to mount two core boxes at a time on a mounting plate. First core box no.1 is shot by resin coated sand. Then cradle rotates through 180^o and core box no. 2 moves at top.

Excess sand OF Cor Box 1 is collected in sand collection box. Core box No 2 shot and cradle moves to original eposition. Curing is carried out by means of Electric heaters or Gas. After curing moving half opens and tilts through 90° and core get ejected unloader trolley by means of cylinder. This high productivity model is self sufficient to produce any type of core.
