Core Coating / Painting system

We are Manufacturer, Supplier, Exporter of Core Coating, Painting system. Our setup is situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Galaxy Core Coating System is of simple construction which carry out painting effectively It primarily consists of coating tank, Outer Tank, a core Dipping System and a control panel. A coating tank has Tank in Tank construction.A pump circulates the coating solution. An outer tank has a storage capacity sufficient to ensure overflow of solution. Filter is provided on the input side of the pump to remove any impurities during circulation of the liquid.

The cores are placed on Mesh System and lowered down by means of chain in Coating tank at desired depth manually. Whole Assy is located on Sturdy support frame over a tank. Viscosity Measurement system is provided in order to measure viscosity time to time. A recirculation Motor with pump as well as stirrer motor is provided in order to maintain viscosity of paint.
