We are Manufacturer, Supplier, Exporter of Automatic Rollover type Shell Core Shooters, Core Shooter Machine, Cold Box Core Shooters. Our setup is situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

LHS Half of the core box Is Fixed. A foot operated ejection mechanism is provided to eject core from left half. RHS Half is moving on four hard chrome plated ground guide bars. A movement is facilitated by pneumatic cylinder. A Self spring operated ejection mechanism is provided to release core from RHS Half so that it remains in LHS Half.

A Roll Over Mechanism is provided for making core hollow. A Roll over Mechanism is operated by means of chain drive, gear box and brake motor arrangement. Cylinder operated Swing door mechanism can be provided in order to remove core outside machine pressing foot switch.
